The Good River Production Team

The Good River is a short film made by a group of undergraduate students from Azusa Pacific University. It follows the story of Jonah, an enslaved man living in Kentucky in the 1850s. By night, his friend Ezekiel rows freedom seekers across the Ohio River as part of the Underground Railroad. As Ezekiel and others on the plantation pressure Jonah to join the effort, Jonah is forced to decide between a life of self-preservation and a life of self-sacrifice.
